The front desk staff is very friendly and pays attention to their guests. On Saturday I left to attend a function and the next day when checking out I was asked whether I was at a wedding the previous day and how nice I looked. It was appreciated that they notice indivual people.
Housekeeping for not re-stocking coffee, cream sugar

Very comfortable, knowledge of staff, clean and quiet, a nice cafe co-located and nice continental breakfast.

The light was on in my room and window heater blasting which I thought was thoughful As well there was lots of hot water, room was clean and quiet, breakfast included as well as computer in the lobby and free internet throughout hotel. There is a great diner in the same building, ample free parking and within walking distance to shopping. Staff was welcoming and the price was reasonable.
Would have liked extra blankets in room - sheets cold and I took awhile to heat up.

we like the location of this Super 8 because it is close to the Save-On-Foods Memorial Arena. We go to concerts there. The price is excellent at this hotel.

The motel could use some updating. Especially the elevator. I was afraid every time I got on that it might breakdown.

Friendly accomodating staff. Close to everything you need in Victoria. Clean rooms/hallways etc.
Comparing with only one other Super 8 hotel (Langley/Abbotsford) I was expecting a few more options for breakfast.

Nothing
When I arrived at the hotel, they said my name was not in their computer. I showed the desk clerk my confirmation and gave me the last room they had which was 1 queen bed, I wanted 2 double beds. Upon checking out, the elevator broke down and my sister and I were on the third floor. My sister has trouble with mobility and the staff did nothing to assist her. Other guests helped her down 3 flights of stairs, carried our luggage and her walker. The hotel is in serious need of upgrading. When the elevator did work, it was bumpy, very slow and very tiny. The furniture, in my opinion was in poor condition. I would never stay at this hotel or any other Super 8 again.
